Returns & Refund Policy
We value our users’ satisfaction; that is why we work hard to deliver products that meet your expectations. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can avail our 30-day return or exchange policy. This date will be started from when you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
You will be eligible for a return policy if our item is unused, retains its original condition and original packaging with all tags intact. We will not accept any item if it is received after 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return or exchange, please make sure the product is unworn and free from any damage.
Common Sizing Issues
The most common reason for returning the product is sizing discrepancies, which happen because of differences in international size standards. As we deliver products to global audiences, we do not follow any region’s specific size, like the UK, US, EU, etc. To reduce the risk of size issues, please check the Layer Leather size chart before placing your order. Return Authorization (RMA)
If you want to return or exchange an item, please send us an email at info@layersleather.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you do not get the RMA and return the product, it will not be accepted. Once we got your email, we promptly replied with detailed return instructions. After receiving the product, we will inspect it, and we will issue a refund or exchange as per your request.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued using the original method of payment. We offer:
- Full refund via PayPal or credit/debit card
- Discount up to 50% on your next order
- Gift certificate for future use
It is noted that we do not return or exchange the custom-made items, sales items, and discounted pieces. In case you want an adjustment in your custom-made jackets, we will alter it for free for you. Please remember that we do not offer altering services for promotional or bulk-order items.
Shipping & Handling
You have to pay the return shipping cost if the item we received is significantly not as described. Furthermore, in case you change your mind or order the wrong size, we will deduct the shipping cost, which ranges from $18 to $54 depending on the region, from your refund amount. This will be applicable for those items as well that were shipped free initially.
It is better to use a trackable courier service or purchase shipping insurance for returning the high-value items; otherwise, we will not accept the receipt of returned products without proof of delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

Exchange Policy
We replace the item only if it is defective or damaged. For conditions like size differences or color, please send us an email to begin the exchange process.
Gifts
If you receive a gift item that is shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit once you return it. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
